The B2B production and warehouse complex is located on two adjacent land plots with a total area of 1.0303 ha, in particular: 0.8654 ha and 0.1649 ha. The plots are contiguous, fenced, and have two separate entrances

The leasehold rights for the land plots are registered in the State Register of Property Rights to Real Estate. The plots contain real estate objects owned by the owner under the right of ownership, in particular: administrative and warehouse premises (letters A, B, D) with a total area of 10,020.30 m2.

The land plots' intended purpose: for the maintenance and operation of production and warehouse buildings and structures.

 

According to the classifier of land plot purpose, the plots fall under the category of lands for industry, transport, communication, energy, defense, and similar purposes.
